This is another myspace to photoshop portrait of this guy I was emotionally involved with. Takes a slight dig at his vanity (symbol-tanning), bad timing (symbol- sunburn, also he sooo wishes he had a successful product out there. All is redeemed and forgiven by the smiling sun that is the source of his burn anyway.

What I guess I'm trying to say is, you can try and fight it all you want but if you stay in the sun for too long you're gonna get burned (by your ignorance).

Ode to Dog

This is George. He is a basset hound. He slobbers everywhere. He likes my songs. Hes with the texan donkeys now. He gets so emotional sometimes, but its okay because we cry on each others shoulder. Well we did before the donkeys came into the picture.

I really like these photos because they show a side of justin most people would never see. I'm a firm beliver in the dualism of people's nature. This darker side is something he readily suppresses, and hates. Which I think everyone is for, but whats he hiding?

this is Dez. Well the bundled up version. So bundled dez.

I wanted to show How dez is seen by me, and by the public. In the b&w hes seen a a rougher darker form defined by his cloth armor, and black skin. Juxtaposed with a white block that serves as a standard of security that strangers judge him against. In the more colorful photo, the flooding of light and closeup on his face display dez and the friendly, life filled person his friends have come to know and love.

I do hope as time goes on dez will be seen more and more in color, and the block will fade away.
